After your payment has been successfully received, orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that, for security and fraud prevention purposes, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST may qualify for next business day dispatch where available.
Additional UPS delivery services may also be available during checkout. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Estimated international delivery time is generally 10–20 business days, although shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and your local postal service.
Orders over $250 USD may qualify for free USPS First Class Package International shipping where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees that may be required by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Warehouse & Order Fulfillment
To provide faster delivery and improve product availability, your order may be fulfilled from different locations.
Some products are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse, while selected items are carefully prepared and dispatched from our own production facilities. In some cases, multiple items within the same order may arrive in separate packages.
